A cat named Gatubela saved a small child from falling down a high, steep staircase. It was an amazing sight!
Diana Lorena Alvarez, a young resident of Colombia, has a young daughter. One day the little girl was lying in her crib. There was only a cat in the room. And the baby’s mother went out to run errands in another room.
When the mother returned to her daughter, she was very surprised. The baby was crawling on the floor. But Diana remembered perfectly that she had put the girl in her bed.
There is a security camera in that room. So Diane decided to see how the baby had managed to get out of bed. What she saw on the tape shocked her. The important thing, however, was not how the girl was able to get out of the crib on her own, but the fact that the cat rushed to her at lightning speed. After all, the girl was headed for a very steep ladder. A little more and the baby would have just fallen down.
The baby’s mom even took a picture of the stairs. Because the video does not show it and it is difficult to assess the danger of the situation that has occurred.
That’s how a pet’s ingenuity saved a child!
