Sylvester Stallone is already 78 years old (how time flies!), but he still continues to train. On his Instagram, he posts videos from the gym showing his workouts, and it’s worth noting that he outperforms many young guys!
‘Another easy workout! You’re only as old as your joints and yourself feel. LOL,’ Stallone captioned the video.
Despite the fact that he often posts photos and videos on his page, at the beginning of the year there was a report that Stallone had died of cancer. However, he denied these rumours!
‘Please ignore this nonsense… I am alive, thriving, happy and healthy… Still fighting!’ — this was his response.
