A woman has stunned social media users by revealing her incredible transformation over just four years.
Toxii, who describes herself as a fan of body modification, is now almost entirely covered in tattoos, and the upper half of her body is completely painted black. But this is just the start of her radical changes.
She has had her nose removed, got tattoos on her eyes and tongue, had implants fitted to her forehead resembling horns, and split her tongue in two.
And if you’re wondering — yes, she keeps the removed body parts in small jars.
In a recent Instagram post, Toxii surprised her followers by sharing a rare ‘before and after’ comparison of her transformation. The 2019 version looked almost unrecognisable: long blonde hair, soft, glamorous make-up, and no visible tattoos or modifications.
Now, with jet-black hair, large-scale tattoos and striking changes to her appearance, she confidently showcases her look in tiny bikinis and fully embraces this new version of herself.
“Because I like being imperfect, and I believe it’s our imperfections that make us unique,” she explained, as reported by The Mirror.
Keeps her nose in a little jar
Toxii, who has nearly 160,000 followers on Instagram, recently gave an interview to the renowned street artist Devon Rodriguez. He asked her which part of the transformation had been the most painful.
“Did those things on your forehead hurt?” he asked, referring to the horn implants.
“No, not at all,” she replied. “I think having my nose removed was much worse.”
According to her, the healing process took about eight weeks. Then Rodriguez asked the question on many people’s minds: “Did you keep your nose?”
Without hesitation, she replied: “I have all my body parts, well, in little jars, yes.”
Social media reaction
While some admired her confidence, many others were completely baffled by such a drastic transformation.
“You used to be so beautiful,” wrote one person.
“What on earth made you do this to yourself?”
Another commenter added: “Why do you hate yourself so much?”
Some even questioned how she had managed to undergo so many procedures in such a short space of time. “I think it’s better to take decisions like this over a longer period of time,” suggested one user. “Such rapid impulsiveness can lead to dissatisfaction and regrets.”
But the reactions weren’t limited to personal opinions — some began to speculate about a darker, almost supernatural influence.

“The only explanation for this is that she’s possessed, and there’s a powerful poltergeist inside her,” claimed one commenter.
Another added: “There is no other reason to undergo so many body modifications and perform satanic rituals unless it’s connected to the Unknown.”
Final thoughts
Despite the controversy, Toxii continues to embrace her extreme image and express herself as she sees fit, without apology.
While the internet debates whether her transformation is inspiring, shocking or almost otherworldly, one thing is clear — she is fully committed to her own version of uniqueness.
Is Toxii’s transformation a bold statement of self-expression, or a reason to ask deeper questions about body modification culture?
