A woman has stunned social media by revealing her mind-blowing transformation in just four years.
Toxie, a self-proclaimed body modification enthusiast, is now almost entirely covered in tattoos, with the top half of her body completely inked. But that’s just the beginning of her extreme changes.
She’s had her nose removed, her eyes and tongue tattooed, horn-like implants implanted in her forehead, and even split her tongue in half.
And in case you’re wondering – yes, she kept the removed body parts in little jars.
In a recent Instagram post, Toxia shocked followers by sharing a rare before-and-after snapshot of her transformation. In 2019, she was almost unrecognisable – long blonde hair, soft glam makeup, zero visible tattoos or modifications.
Now, with ivory-black curls, extensive mascara and striking body modifications, she confidently flaunts a tiny bikini and embraces her new look.
‘Because I like being imperfect and I think imperfections make you unique,’ she explained when asked about her motives, according to The Mirror.
Keeps her nose in a little jar
Toxie, who has almost 160,000 followers on Instagram, was recently interviewed by renowned street artist Devon Rodriguez, who asked her about the most painful part of her transformation.
‘Does it hurt, the ones in your forehead?’ – he asked, referring to the horn implants.

‘No, not at all,’ she replied. ‘I think the nose removal was much worse.’
The healing process took about eight weeks, she said. Rodriguez then asked the question on everyone’s mind, ‘Did you keep your nose?’
Without hesitation, she replied, ‘I have all my body parts, in little jars, yes.’
Social media reaction
While some praised her confidence, many were left completely baffled by her dramatic transformation.
‘You were so beautiful before,’ one person wrote.
‘What made you do this to yourself?’
Another commented, ‘Why do you hate yourself?’.
Some even wondered how she endured so many procedures in such a short amount of time. ‘I think decisions like this are better made over a long period of time,’ one user suggested. ‘Such quick impulsiveness breeds resentment and regret.’
But reactions went beyond personal opinions – some suggested there was some dark, supernatural influence at play.
‘The only explanation for this is that she is possessed and has been possessed by a powerful poltergeist,’ claimed one commenter.
Another added: ‘There is no other need for so many body modifications and satanic rituals without an attachment to the Unknown.’
The Last Word
Despite all the controversy, Toxie continues to embrace his extreme image and non-apologetic self-expression.
While the internet debates whether her transformation is inspiring, shocking or otherworldly, one thing is clear – she is fully committed to becoming her own version of unique.
Is Toxia’s transformation an expressive statement of self-expression, or does it raise deeper questions about body modification culture?
