Historians claim that the Shah fell in love with her at first sight
Anis Al Dolah was once the fourth wife of the Iranian Shah Nasser Ad-Din. It is worth noting that historians claim that the Shah was a great connoisseur of female beauty and therefore there is no need to doubt the beauty of Anis.
It is also said that as soon as Anis appeared in the Shah’s life, he began to visit the rest of his wives and concubines less and less often.
The beauty of Anis is legendary. It is said that 150 people were in love with her, who daily sent her gifts, wrote praise poems and dreamed of at least a minute meeting. And there is also information that because of unrequited love, 13 men have settled the score with their lives
There are no photos of Anis, as according to historians Shah Nasser did not like his wives or concubines to be photographed. But he himself liked to take photos of his subordinates. The most discussed photos of Iranian women in the harem until the last days were considered real, but recently it became known that these are actors of men disguised as women. And these pictures were taken personally by the Shah.
