The 43-year-old Prince and Princess of Wales attended the traditional Christmas service. Kate Middleton and Prince William brought their sons and daughter with them.

Today, members of the British royal family gathered for a traditional event at the monarch’s country residence in Norfolk. They attended Christmas service at St Mary Magdalene Church. At around 11 a.m. local time, representatives of the monarchy walked along the path leading from Sandringham Palace to the church.
The Prince and Princess of Wales attended the service with their children: 12-year-old George, 10-year-old Charlotte and 7-year-old Louis. Kate Middleton chose an outfit in shades of chocolate. She wore a pillbox hat decorated with snowflakes made of the same thick fabric. She complemented the look with a double-breasted midi coat in a large check pattern, a silk scarf on her chest and suede heeled boots.

The royal wore simple yellow gold earrings as jewellery. The Princess of Wales’ makeup emphasised her eyes and featured a nude lip gloss. Her hair was styled in bouncy curls. Prince William wore a traditional black suit with a matching coat and shoes. The monochrome outfit was brightened up with a colourful scarf with a cheerful print.
George and Louis chose matching outfits consisting of white shirts with ties, dark suits and coats. Charlotte matched her mother’s colour scheme. The young princess looked elegant in a camel-coloured coat with a darker shade collar and cuffs. The girl’s top strands of hair were swept back from her face and adorned with a black ribbon, while the rest of her curls flowed freely down her back.

King Charles III led the ceremony with his wife Camilla. The Queen Consort chose a bright red coat and a matching wide-brimmed hat. Her gloves, handbag and boots were black. The monarch was followed by his younger sister, Princess Anne, with her husband Timothy Laurence. Her daughter Zara was accompanied by her partner, rugby player Mike Tindall.
The daughters of former Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson unexpectedly joined the procession. The couple fell into disgrace due to their ties to the late billionaire and paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The king’s younger brother, who has been stripped of his titles, and his ex-wife were not invited to the family event. However, Charles is convinced that his nieces should not suffer because of their father’s actions.

Princess Beatrice, 37, attended the service with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Princess Eugenie, 35, was accompanied by her boyfriend Jack Brooksbank. The sisters also attended the royal family’s pre-Christmas dinner at Buckingham Palace in December, according to The Sun.
Hundreds of people gathered along the fence in Sandringham. Some spectators began to gather the night before after nine o’clock in the evening and spent the night in tents. In addition to the British, onlookers from Canada and Mexico also arrived. After the service, members of the royal family traditionally gather for a festive dinner with the king.
The church visit precedes the monarch’s Christmas speech. Charles ascended the throne in 2022 after the death of his mother, Elizabeth II. This year, he will address the British people for the fourth time. The speech was pre-recorded at Westminster Abbey, where the Princess of Wales had previously held a concert called ‘Together for Christmas.’ The heir to the throne’s wife performed a duet with Charlotte on the piano.
