Friends star and Emmy Award winner Jennifer Aniston has once again proved that age is just a number. In her Instagram account, the 56-year-old actress showed a short video from her home gym, where she demonstrated her stunning physical shape, and revealed something strange at the same time.
Aniston worked out using the Pvolve system, a method that involves elastic bands and exercise mats. She was wearing a bright pink sports top and black leggings from Lululemon. Makeup-free, with her bleached hair swept back and tanned as if she’d just come from holiday, Jennifer addressed her 44.5 million followers: ‘Love life, love your body, love it’.’
But it wasn’t her perfect abs that caught the fans’ attention – it was the number of bouncy balls in the gym. More than 25 balls could be counted in the shot, although one is usually enough for training. Combined with the full gym environment – exercise equipment, yoga blocks, Pilates, weights, dozens of pairs of shoes and even a personal TV – it looked almost like a professional fitness club.

The actress’ recent encounter with Pedro Pascal, star of “The Mandalorian” and “One of Us,” also fuelled interest. The couple was spotted at the Sunset Tower Hotel for a private dinner that lasted over three hours. They came and went separately, but the paparazzi managed to capture their warm conversation at the front desk. Jennifer looked flawless in jeans, a white T-shirt and black waistcoat, while Pedro wore a leather jacket and suede boots.
