It’s hard to believe, but Carol Vorderman has practically never been interested in her weight. For more than 24 years, she hasn’t even stepped on the scales, because for her it’s just numbers. The secret of her figure proves that you can have an attractive shape regardless of your weight.

The former presenter admitted that she followed a detox diet for 28 days. That was back in 1999, when she noticed she had gained weight. At that time, she did not eat meat, dairy products, baked goods or sweets. However, after that, she no longer weighed herself or exhausted herself with starvation diets.

Carol admits that she hardly ever cooks. Her diet consists of low-calorie snacks and fresh vegetables.

She usually has greens, vegetables and fish in her fridge. She also loves fruit, cottage cheese and Greek yoghurt. Worderman hardly eats any other foods. Of course, she does not forget about exercise — without physical activity, her skin would be flabby.
