It’s hard to find anyone who doubts her personality. This is Luna Ferrer, a girl who was born with a large black spot covering almost her entire face. This rare condition is called a nevus. Her unusual appearance came as a big surprise not only to her family members but also to the medical staff.
The only solution was the 80 surgeries suggested by American scientists, but this was out of her parents’ reach. But the unexpected happened – one of the famous surgeons decided to help the family when he learnt about the little heroine’s condition.
So, the family moved to another country for their little angel and stayed there for almost two years so that the doctors could perform the surgeries and give Luna a chance to recover and start a normal life. Several medical procedures were performed one after another.
