Margot Robbie once again appeared as the iconic Barbie, this time inspired by the 1985 version of the doll. As part of her promotional tour, the actress appeared at the Vogue Australia party in Sydney wearing a vintage Versace outfit, and then surprised the audience at the film’s premiere in Seoul with a new pink look.

For her red carpet appearance, Robbie recreated Barbie’s ‘day-night’ style. She wore a rich pink suit: a fuchsia pencil skirt, a jacket with shoulder pads and a dark pink scarf peeking out from under the lapels. The ensemble was complemented by a white hat with a wide brim and a polka dot ribbon, pumps with contrasting socks and thin stiletto heels, as well as a miniature pink handbag with a white handle.

The details of the look were carefully thought out. The actress held a pink 1980s phone decorated with shiny elements, emphasising the business part of the outfit. Her blonde hair was styled in smooth curls, and her makeup consisted of pink lip gloss, eyeshadow to match her suit, and bright blush.

Later, Robbie changed her outfit, continuing to follow the ‘day-night’ concept. She wore a shiny pink bodysuit, complemented by a multi-layered skirt made of richly coloured tulle. Instead of pumps, the actress wore open-toed shoes in shades of pink, which are traditionally associated with the image of Barbie.
