We used to think that if a person goes to a shelter for an animal, he or she chooses the lucky guy who will live with him or her. But this is very rarely the case. And that’s because, more often than not, animals choose who they will live with. They have a good sense of whether the person in front of them is a good person or not.
The person in this picture apparently turned out to be very good. Kitten Luna chose him as soon as he walked into the shelter.
When he stepped through the door of the shelter, Luna began to stare at him without taking her eyes off him. He immediately took her in his arms and she began to purr softly and gently. And then, she put her tiny paw on his hand, as if to say, «don’t let me down, human!» They looked at each other and understood.
The guy immediately took her home. He says she is the most gentle and sweetest kitten in the world!
Luna had a little health problem and had to spend one day in the hospital. But now the kitty is completely healthy.
Her favorite pastime is her cat videos on Youtube. She likes to hunt for drawn mice running around the screen.
And the rest of the time, Luna loves being around her new person!
We don’t choose the animals, they choose us!
